At TheTrvlBiz, we maintain transparency in all our service charges. Below is a comprehensive breakdown of our service fees for different travel services.

Important Information

*Passenger types: adult; infant; student; child; senior and military. Transaction fees are usually non-refundable and might change without notice. The cancellations that occur within a 24 hour period after reservation making is subject to refundable transaction service fees. The transaction service charge is not refundable if you cancel more than 24 hours after the reservation was made.

Your account will only be charged the final total amount indicated.

Additional Service Charges

The following are examples of items that are not included in the service fees mentioned above:

• There may be a charge of up to $50 per person for booking holiday packages.
• Purchase of first class and business tickets may incur a fee up to $200 for each passenger.
• Open-jaw as well as multi-city bookings could cost an additional $100 per person in addition to the base fare.
• In highly fraudulent cities, one can charge up to $40 as service fees on such travels.
• For other dates and nearby airports, it might be charged $55 for every traveler.
• A child traveling alone may pay for its own ticket around $100 depending on the airline.
• When booking cruises, it can add $200 more in service charge per passenger.
• Contact center reservations might be charged more than the ones placed on the web: they may have higher service fees. These are due to include intricate international and multi-sector flights. For every passenger, $15 - $250 (up to $125 for senior citizens) could be seen as a service fee.
